Our day at Warfsholm starts early with breakfast for our guests. Coffee and lunch pick up where breakfast ends. Guests check out and rooms must be cleaned before new guests check in. Afternoon coffee or perhaps a light snack until the evening’s dinner service begins. Where do you fit in?

We are looking for a new Head Chef and Restaurant Manager:
It’s true that time flies when you’re having fun. And for three years we have we have had the pleasure of having Jasper and Hanna with us at Warfsholm. But nothing lasts forever and now it’s time for them to move on to new adventures.
So we are looking for their successors:
Responsible for our kitchen:
At Warfsholm, we cook from scratch and use local ingredients as much as possible. We have a good network of suppliers on the island that we like to work with. We serve breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner. It must also sometimes be arranged for a lovely wedding dinner or other festive meal.
We want you not to be afraid to serve a big lunch one day and prepare a party with a completely new menu the next day. We like to try new things and we hope you do too. You decide in your kitchen. During the season, there are several cooks, dishwashers, etc. that you teach and teach.
We are picky about how we want it and we like good quality. Food safety control, menu planning, kitchen economy – other good things to know/have.
Responsible for our restaurant:
Our restaurant is open from early morning until evening. During the season it is every day. We serve breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner. We arrange weddings and other parties, we have conference groups and other corporate events.
During high season we have a lot to do and of course there are more of us – it is important that you have experience teaching and training new staff – sometimes the first job is a job with us at Warfsholm.
You must be confident in your role as a leader in the restaurant. It is to you that other staff turn with questions, it is to you that we delegate. We would like to see that you have previously placed your schedule and orders.
Accommodation is available for both positions.
We will work closely together so for us these are very important roles we are looking for.
Warfsholm is a guest house in Klintehamn, about 30 km south of Visby, Gotland’s west coast. We have been running Warfsholm for 4 years and all the time we are learning new things. We like what we do and we like our guesthouse. Please read a little about Warfsholm on our website warfsholm.se.
